RETURN POLICY

1.1 Returns and Credits

  • 100% credit will be issued for resalable merchandise returned in its original, unmarked, and unsoiled packaging within 14 days of purchase, with prior office approval. Credit will be processed to the original payment method.
  • No credit will be issued for:
    • Used merchandise.
    • Merchandise returned in a non-resalable condition.
    • Items with marked, labeled, or soiled packaging.
    • Discontinued, clearance, or special-ordered items, as well as skin care, makeup, or prepacks.
    • Items labeled or identified as "Final Sale."

1.2 Restocking Fees for Return Items

  • 30% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise.

1.3 Discrepancies or Credit Annulment

  • Credit will not be issued for items that fail to comply with the return policy. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Items returned after 30 days.
    • Used items.
    • Non-resalable items.
    • Marked, labeled, or damaged items.
    • Discontinued, clearance, or special-order items.

1.4 Defective Merchandise

  • HHoTface Inc. assumes no responsibility for damages unless reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Damaged products resulting from manufacturing defects will be replaced.
  • No credit will be issued for defective merchandise returned less than 25% full.
  • Defects or damages not reported within 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted later. Examples include:
    • Broken pumps.
    • Dented bottles.
    • Expired products.
    • Product separation.

1.5 Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

  • We strive to ensure every order arrives perfectly.

2. WARRANTIES

  • Abuse or tampering voids all warranties.
  • Requests for defective replacements require proof of purchase and will be evaluated based on the original purchase date.

3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Refunds or exchanges are not offered. However, we are happy to assist with returning orders and placing new ones.
